Gluten-free chocolate peanut butter brownies reipe

These brownies are so yummy, your friends and family will never guess they are gluten-free! I adapted this recipe from one a friend posted to my Facebook wall.


  • 9 ounces plain Greek style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk plus two additional tablespoons
  • 1 egg plus an additional egg white
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats, processed in a food processor until fine and powdery
  • 3/4 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8X8 pan with non-stick spray and set aside. Combine all of the ingredients except the chips and peanut butter. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Microwave peanut butter until it has melted and drop by spoonfuls onto the batter. Use a knife to swirl. Bake for 23-27 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
